Prior to Sprout, Ryan held senior M&A roles at Constellation Software and Razorhorse Capital, directly sourcing enterprise software and business services acquisitions that deployed hundreds of millions in capital.

Ryan founded Sprout Advisory to address three recurring challenges:

1. Lower mid-market deal sourcing is extremely time intensive,

2. Origination teams lack corporate finance depth, and

3. M&A talent is scarce
