Woodworking Manufacturing

Today on the Roll-Up: INNERGY acquires Microvellum

This merger unites two complementary solutions, creating an end-to-end platform for custom millwork and cabinetry shops. Microvellum’s design capability alongside INNERGY’s production ERP = seamless automation from engineering to the shop floor. Pre-merger, Microvellum was already offering its customers an integration with INNERGY to help them manage production. Joining forces unlocks a natural cross-sell opportunity on both sides, covering the full spectrum of a woodworker’s workflow. With automation expected to cut woodwork manufacturing costs by up to 30% by 2030 (McKinsey), the combined platform is well-positioned to lead the industry forward.

Who else is rolling up woodworking software:

→ Cabinotch x KCD

→ Systabuild Software Group x Acies + Compass Software GmbH
