Today on the Roll-Up: ECI Software Solutions acquires Davisware.  

This acquisition expands ECI’s footprint into new field service verticals - commercial HVAC, food equipment, petroleum equipment and garage doors. It also sharpens ECI’s focus on industry-specific business management tools. ECI and Davisware appear well positioned to capitalize on a field services market expected to nearly double from $6B in 2024 to $11.5B by 2030 (Research and Markets).
